Tourist tax - how to register your property and pay the tax
Here is the procedure to follow after registering your accommodation facility/AAUT (furnished apartment for tourist use – Short-term rental property) in the Regional register:
With reference to the Municipality of Imperia, the structure/AAUT - Property for short-term rental must be registered within the portal dedicated to the Tourist Tax accessible at the following link (registration and access possible only with SPID and CIE) https://imperia.entrateonline.net/
Below is a summary of the next steps needed to complete the procedures set out in the Municipal Tourist Tax Regulation by accessing https://imperia.entrateonline.net/ :
1. REGISTER ATTENDANCE BY THE 16TH OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE GUESTS' DEPARTURE DATE (indicating arrival and departure dates, number of paying and exempt guests)
2 PAY THE TOURIST TAX
Please note, as stated in the regulation, that the payment to the Municipality of the tax collected is made through the PagoPA electronic payment system (directly linked to the portal).
3. AT THE END OF THE YEAR, COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT - MODEL 21 (by January 30 of each year)

TOURIST TAX - New regulation comes into force
Please note that Article 5, paragraph 4 of the new Municipal Tourist Tax Regulations will come into force on January 1, 2024. This regulation provides for the application of the tax for up to 10 consecutive nights in the same accommodation facility.
As reported in the regulation, The payment to the Municipality, relating to the amount collected as tax in the calendar month in question, must be made within the deadline for submitting the communication referred to in paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the attached Regulation, through the PagoPA electronic payment system.
The updated Municipal Tourist Tax Regulation is attached to this communication, with an invitation to review the changes made.
No changes have been made to the price list.
