Imperia was born in 1923 from the union of the two historic centers of Oneglia and Porto Maurizio , together with the ancient municipalities and villages of the surrounding area.
From the sea to the hills, the area is home to small towns rich in history and tradition: villages overlooking the Ligurian Sea, ancient settlements nestled among olive groves, narrow streets, churches, sanctuaries, and panoramic views that reveal Imperia's most authentic soul.
